Situated east of Cambridge, Anglesey Abbey is a short drive or country cycle away in Lode, Cambridgeshire.
The lovely gardens of this property have been opened throughout the pandemic, although the grand house and working watermill only reopened to visitors last month.
Lord Fairhaven purchased the Abbey and grounds in 1926 and made it a place for his eclectic collection of antiquities dating from the early Tudor period through to the 1960s.
